QUESTION:  How can I update/change my information (Email, Password, State, etc.)?

ANSWER:  Login to your account and click on the “My Account” link then select the “Edit Info” to update or change your information.


QUESTION:  How do I update my payment information?

ANSWER:

 

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Go to "More" and select Settings.
  • Click My money.
  • Click Update next to Debit and Credit Cards.
  • Click  Edit to update a current card or Add a Card.

QUESTION:  How do I know my account renewal date?

ANSWER:  If you signed up with our new website (after November 25, 2011) or paid by check then you can login to your account and click on the “My Account” link on the green bar to see when your account is paid through. If you signed up on our old website then you will need to login to your PayPal account and see your subscription status there.


QUESTION:  What forms of payment do you accept?

ANSWER:  We currently take PayPal online (which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks) or mailed Checks. Please see our sign-up page for additional information


QUESTION:  Do I have to sign-up for a specific amount of time or are there any contracts?

ANSWER:  No. We know you will absolutely love Deals to Meals and so we don’t require any contract. You can cancel at any time although we know you will never want to!


QUESTION: Is it OK if I share my password and account with others?

ANSWER:  Deals to Meals is excited to provide this great service for only $4.95/month but that is only possible if passwords and accounts are NOT shared. The system can track multiple computers using the same account so we appreciate everyone using one account per family per household.


QUESTION:  Why does my account show expired/canceled when I didn’t cancel it?

ANSWER:  Most of the time it is because a credit card has expired and the new card information has not been entered or the current credit card was deleted and the subscription was not set to look for the new card. This can be resolved by logging back into your Deals to Meals account and clicking on the PayPal or Re-Subscribe button.


QUESTION: What happens if I don’t receive an email to reset my password?

ANSWER:  A few people have had this problem with their email server not accepting our email. You should receive an email from us within a few minutes. If you don’t, Please email us directly at customerservice@dealstomeals.com


QUESTION:  How do I cancel my subscription?

ANSWER:  There really is NEVER a reason to cancel. We guarantee that you will save WELL OVER the $4.95/month in time and money (if you use our services) or you will always be refunded if you choose not to cancel. If Money is tight or you are on a budget then our service is perfect for you because we will stretch your money thinner while saving you time by doing all the work for you. We are also working on some FANTASTIC new features to continue to make Deals to Meals the BEST service online for less than $5/month. If you are still crazy enough to want to cancel and do all the work yourself, lose our Costco/ Walmart price comparisons, not see our food storage and shelf life info, or have access to your own database of hundreds of recipes while being guaranteed to save, then you can login to your account and click the “My Profile” link then the “Cancel My Account” button and then follow the instructions to cancel the PayPal subscription.


QUESTION:  Why is PayPal asking for payment information for a free trial?

ANSWER:  The trial is completely free and without risk and you can cancel up to the 14th day and never be billed. PayPal simply collects your payment information so that your account will be completely set up and ready to go after the trial when you decide to continue. It is also a way PayPal uses to track individuals to ensure the value of Deals to Meals is maintained by not allowing multiple free trials.


QUESTION:  Is PayPal the only way to pay for Deals to Meals?

ANSWER:  Althgough PayPal is the most secure of all online services and keeps you in complete control (no contracts and you can cancel at anytime) you can pay using PayPal without creating a PayPal account.  For those that would prefer to avoid paying online then we do offer a way to pay by check. To pay by check go to our regular sign up page, fill in the requested information, and on the next page click on the "Pay by Check" button.


QUESTION:  Can you pay for more than one month at a time?

ANSWER:  Yes- You can pay for 6, 12, and 24 month memberships with up to four months free! You can pay two different ways:

1-Send money via PayPal: With this option you can log-in to your PayPal account and click on the blue "Send Money" tab at the top of the page. On the next page enter payment@dealstomeals.com as the email, enter amount ($28, $54, or $99) based on the length of membership you want, and mark the "Goods" option and click "Continue"

2- Send a check: Make a check payable to "Deals to Meals" for the amount ($28, $54, or $99). Then mail the check to

$99 for two years (4-Months Free)  |  $54 for one year (1-Month Free)  |  $28.00 for 6 months

 (Refunds can not be given on these discounted memberships that are pre-paid for several months at a time.  However, if you are using the service and didn't save well over the normal monthly rate then your membership can be extended by one month)


QUESTION:  How does price-matching work at Walmart?

ANSWER:  Super-Walmart does price match and it is typically very easy. Every Walmart store is a little different based on the manager so the best thing to do is buy 2-3 items to price match from different stores using your Deals to Meals printout and see what they do. Most Walmart's (including mine) accept our printouts without any problem and do not require the actual store ad. Others are different though and do require an ad so make your first test a few items instead of a cart full. I just make sure and tell the cashier the price of the item before they scan it so it goes pretty slick for me. QUESTION:  Why don’t we add the store WinCo?

ANSWER:  Since we compare all of the stores' ads we have not included stores like WinCo that do not have a weekly ad. That way if you ever price shop at Walmart, everything is available to be price-matched (it has to be an item in an ad to match). However the prices at WinCo many times are good deals and so we do compare other stores against them like we do to Walmart, Costco & Sams Club.
