1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 white or red onion, minced
1 head green cabbage, sliced thinly
Salt, pepper & ginger powder (about 1/2 t. each)

3 T. brown sugar
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. water
1/2 t. ginger powder
1 pkg. potsticker wanton skins
Directions

Place a spoonful in the middle of the potsticker skin and fold the skin over in half. You may need a little water to seal the sides closed. Place 2-3 T. oil in the bottom of a sauté pan and turn stove to medium high heat. Place potstickers in the pan and sauté until golden brown on both sides. Pour 2-3 T. water in the bottom of the hot pan and then turn down the heat to low. Let potstickers steam until cooked through. Mix sauce and dip.
